Nacho Bimby Movie Review: LEGO Batman Movie

Gotham City's champion is back in black and he comes with a lot of bricks! Last seen in The LEGO Movie, LEGO Batman stars in his first solo movie and this new Batman story is something that has never been done before. Batman fans of old and new will definitely enjoy watching it. The movie does not disappoint in fun and awesomeness!

The LEGO Batman Movie is fun, witty, and outright hilarious. It strikes a perfect balance of the Batman mythology paired together with outrageous and out-of-this-world scenes that can only be done using LEGO bricks. From start to finish, The LEGO Batman Movie gives tons of laughter and a lot of geeky moments. Despite the outrageous jokes, the movie also sends a meaningful and heartfelt message of the importance of family which The Lego Group is a clear advocate of.

Long time comic book fans and Batman geeks should watch out for fun references to the classic "Adam West Batman '66", Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy, Batman: The Animated Series, and even Batman Beyond.

Will Arnett reprises his role as the voice of LEGO Batman and he upgrades this perfect brooding yet hilarious take on the caped crusader. He is joined by his TV nephew from "Arrested Development" Michael Cera who provides the voice of Robin, the Boy Wonder, Zach Galifianakis as the Clown Prince of Crime, Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, and Ralph Fiennes as the always lovable Alfred Pennyworth.

Is it the best Batman Movie? It depends on some fans but for sure this is the funniest and most outrageous Batman Movie to date!

Be sure to catch The LEGO Batman Movie now showing in Greenhills Promenade, Eastwood Mall, SM The Block, Venice Grand Canal, and Robinsons Magnolia. Don't forget to enjoy watching the movie with your favorite Nacho Bimby Champion Combo!
